Mix all ingredients except the bread in a large, shallow dish or plate. Let sit for 5 minutes so the flaxseed can thicken.
Place frying pan over medium heat and grease with 2 tsp coconut oil.
Dip each slice of bread in the batter for about 20 seconds on each side, so that the bread is evenly covered.
Place bread in frying pan and cook until golden brown on the underside. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown as well. Cooking process takes about 3 to four minis
Once done, top with desired toppings such as syrup, fruit, and coconut flakes and ENJOY!!
