For Frying

All Purpose Flour
or flour of your choice

Cooking Oil
of your choice
Instructions
Cut Tofu into strips and set aside to season
Add Seasoning Rub to the tofu and combine until evenly coated
Preheat Cooking Oil
Coat with tofu Flour
Deep Fry in Cooking Oil
Serve and Enjoy!

You can serve with any of several dipping sauces. Consider soy-ginger dressing, sweet and sour sauce, or a combo of ketchup BBQ Sauce.
